Michael A. Saamer 

June 3, 1945 - December 27, 2025

Michael A. Saamer, 80, of Minden, Nevada passed away December 27, 2025.

Mike was born in Oneida, N.Y. After serving in the US Air Force, Mike and his wife, Diane moved to the West Coast and settled in California until moving to Nevada 21 years ago.

Mike is survived by his wife, Diane, his sons Steven and Jeffrey, grandsons, Ethan and Wyatt, and his sisters Sandra Wolfe of California and Marilyn Turnbole of New York, and several nieces and nephews.

Mike enjoyed hiking, backpacking, skiing and traveling the U.S. in their RV as well as traveling to other countries.

We will miss him greatly.
